Hey, I'm Kayla!

With a baby on my hip and a fire in my heart, I started this work in 2020 because I saw too many women overwhelmed by their numbers, unsure how to pay themselves, and silently wondering, “Am I even doing this right?” I learned QuickBooks Online, became one of just 500 certified Profit First Professionals in the U.S. and built the simple, supportive system I couldn’t find—bringing clarity, confidence, and PEACE to your finances. Out of that work, The PEACE Strategy was born: a method to help women move from burnout to balance and build a business that truly loves them back.

These days, my husband and I juggle life with one kiddo, two growing businesses, and two rowdy puppies.
